This giving season, your donation to the Ride and Rise Initiative fuels the expansion of the Be Good Girls Mentorship Program, a life-changing opportunity for girls and young women to build confidence, skills, and leadership through cycling opportunities. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to expand this program to encompass THREE mentorship tracks: Ride and Race, Mechanic, and Creative Mentorship!

Ride and Race Mentorship
Your support gives girls the confidence, coaching, education, and encouragement they need to step on and off the bike. Girls are paired with experienced mentors who guide them every step of the way in preparing for and racing at Rebecca's Private Idaho gravel event.
Mechanic Mentorship
NEW in 2026! Mentees learn everything from basic bike maintenance to advanced techniques, gaining the skills and self-assurance to thrive. Guided by women who've carved their own path in the industry, they'll get hands-on experience alongside their mentors using their new wrenching skills at Rebecca's Private Idaho, keeping all the riders having the best race of their lives!
Creative Mentorship
NEW in 2026! Mentees gain hands-on experience as they explore photography, videography, editing, and social media storytelling. Guided by women creators in the cycling world, they learn to capture the sport through their own lens, build creative confidence, and share stories that inspire the next generation of riders while executing their skills on site at Rebecca's Private Idaho for brands and sponsors!
